《松子被嫌弃的一生》改编自山田宗树同名小说，用诙谐逗趣的方式，描述松子渴望爱的一生，由《下妻物语》的导演中岛哲也执导。这是个真人真事改编的故事，用各种让人意想不到的方式表现。丰富的色彩与豪华的特效让人目不暇给；梦幻到不像话却又带着淡淡心碎的故事令人难忘。中岛哲也用童话手法拍摄，让这电影充满色彩滨芬的画面和丰富的音乐，再用电脑效果制造出视觉艺术，再加入哲学元素，懂得欣赏艺术的人定必会赞叹一番。

　　 故事内容极端地述叙主角松子拥有悲剧的人生，而她却抱着打不死的精神去面对人生。当女主角每一段感情遇到失意时，导演也即时插播轻松的音乐，立刻把你抽离那悲哀感的空间，带回一个积极开朗的世界，教人学习路还是要走下去。
