Cutting Our Teeth

We Are the Ocean 是一支英国的后硬核乐队(post-hardcore band)，五位成员分别来自于伦敦和Essex。

他们是——

Dan Brown - screaming vocals 尖叫声

Liam Cromby - clean vocals, rhythm guitar 主唱、节奏吉他

Alfie Scully - lead guitar 主音吉他

Jack Spence - bass guitar 低音吉他

Tom Whittaker - drums 鼓



虽然咱不熟悉他们，这支乐队在成立之后已演出数百上千场。其中包括2008年的几场音乐节，比如 Slam Dunk, Offset Festival, Middlesbrough Music Live 和 Taste Of Chaos等。



They have supported bands such as You Me At Six, The Used, The Blackout, Fightstar, Funeral For A Friend and My American Heart, as well as playing alongside From First To Last, The Medic Droid, Brigade, Saving Aimee, Tonight Is Goodbye and Furthest Drive Home. They embarked on a 24 day show headline tour in January and February 2009, selling out most venues.



之前，他们发行过两张 EP。第一张是《We Are the Ocean》，第二张是《Look Alive》。《Cutting Our Teeth》是 We Are the Ocean 的首张专辑。歌曲“Look Alive”的 MV 已火热出炉，准备打榜。个人感觉有点像LP早些的风格——clean vocals+screaming vocals，也许是我对Post-Hardcore相关了解太少了。
