Christian artist Erica Lane recently donated 150 copies of her River Road EP to Operation Troop Aid through Music News Nashville’s “Donate To The Troops” Campaign. Lane is the first artist to reach out to Operation Troop Aid through Music News Nashville and she is issuing a challenge to other artists to match her donation for our service men and women overseas and in VA Hospitals around the world.
“I believe it is more important than ever to lift up our soldiers,” Lane comments, “They have given up precious time with their loved ones to help protect mine and yours. The least I can do is try to spread some cheer to them with River Road.”
River Road is Lane’s latest highly anticipated EP which features “River Road,” her first single which topped ReverbNation’s HOT Christian/Gospel chart in late August.
The album has messages of strength, courage, and a hint of nostalgia in rough times, which many soldiers can relate to as they reach to music to lift their spirits.
Lane has been staying busy since the release of River Road. Lane just recently headlined the Tennessee State Fair in mid September and she shows no sign of slowing down.
